The company had been burned by marketing agencies in the past and were very cautious, but found during discussions that their brand values aligned well with Freelance SEO Essex's. The Solution.

A detailed audit of the client’s four brands (Pittis, Douglas Allen, Cubitt & West, and Wards of Kent) revealed that Arun Estates were lacking optimisation of their location pages; a key consideration for estate agents looking to rank well for local search terms. We carried out a full review of their branch pages and extensive keyword research, optimising URLs, titles, headings, and meta data throughout, and updating the content on page. We also worked with the company’s in house copywriter to optimise blogs.

We conducted an onsite health check, revealing some technical fixes required to the website, and recommendations for SEO best practice, and worked with the company’s web developer to get these implemented. Additionally, we carried out a programme of updates to the Google Business profile for each of the 110 branches, including weekly property posts, to support entity freshness and improve local Google map’s listings. The client also asked us to manage their review responding, another important factor in maintaining positions in local map pack results on Google.
